Seeking CEO, Pilot and business partner Seeking an experienced aviation business operator for the CEO role of busy Western Australian Air Charter company. The position is with a fun, relaxed working environment and a team of 4-6 Pilots completing Part 135 Air Charter work on short routes of 25-300NM in 4 and 6 seat aircraft. Be back in your own bed at the end of the day! The role is currently being fulfilled by a non Pilot director of the company which is wholly owned by FlyOnE Pty Ltd. FlyOnE seeks to invite a new partner in the Air Charter business to fulfil the CEO role and be a line pilot for the business with an owner/operator work ethic and mindset. The HOFO and HOTC Role, are already filled by the lead Pilot in the business, are are the safety officer role and all deputy roles. Air charter is typically in 4 and 6 seat single prop aircraft on local routes in VFR conditions (be back in your own bed at the end of the day!) with options to expand into larger and twin engine aircraft. Directors/CEO fees are negotiable based on experience, future scope and level of commitment and will be a split of shares and salary. Flight booking frequencies in addition to the CEO role demands can be tailored to suit the applicant, but there is a high volume of work currently available (8-10 lessons and 6-10 Air Charter flights per week per team member). Air Charter work is on high volume and easily manageable routes only operating in calm weather conditions for customer comfort. Aircraft - Air Charter work is completed in Cessna C176 and Piper Cherokee aircraft.
