Osprey 2 rebuild project. With regret I realise that I will never have time to finish this baby. I found her about 10 years ago stored outside and starting to rot. I have sanded back the fibreglass to get to the to the woodwork and the frame is basically in good condition, just needs the ply skins repaired and replaced in various places. I have had the project assessed and it can be registered as new experimental plane. The woodwork was well done originally and only needs repair/patching. The steel on the engine mount and retractable gear is all in good condition. Fibreglass mouldings are mostly all done. Comes with a set of plans, construction manual and previous life logbooks. The current price for a spruce kit alone is approx $9500 USD, so its priced accordingly, open to offers, and I can help with transport. Comes with lycoming 0-320 engine that I had last running years ago. I was trying to convert it to a rotec throttle body which will be included. I have turned the engine over by hand occasionally and its kept in a dry shed, but I wouldn't guarantee the camshaft is rust free. No propellor or avionics
