The SS is the best selling LSA type in the USA. It's lightweight, immensely powerful for its class and can takeoff and land in less than 60 feet (conditions permitting).
Inspired by the classic Super Cub, the structural design of the SS is the significantly lighter Cub, using contemporary computer design tools and 21st century materials (with 50 percent fewer parts) weighing 250 pounds less than a similarly equipped Super Cub.
In a word, this particular aircraft is - impressive. LAME maintained and always hangared, it comes with a full service history and NIL accidents. It's the perfect bush flyer and STOL performer - for the discerning VH or RAAus pilot who appreciates the full utility that the Carbon Cub SS offers compared with the rest. |
