This aircraft flies straight and true, it has good engine and propellor times remaining & all SIDs and NDTs have been carried out. The maintenance release expires 2/7/25. PS — KUU has an STC for the use of MOGAS. I have been using Shell V-Power 98. This is a good money saver.

With comfortable tilting adjustable seats, this is the drop floor model which gives a much larger feel to the cabin space. It has a very tidy interior, which I would rate as 8/10. But, a big bonus we found are the fully adjustable large Rosen Sun Shades, so good when flying into a bright cloudy day or sunny sky.

This aircraft has Excellent Gleaming Paint and looks a million dollars sitting on the ramp. Rated at 9+/10 in my opinion, after completing a full hand polish job.

This aircraft has been hangared & pampered by my wife and I, also by the gentleman I bought it from. We have enjoyed 90+hours of flight in this amazing aircraft over the last 14 months. We really hope she finds a good home and caring owner. First to see will buy this beautiful aircraft. I currently have the hull insurance cover at $100K as I believe this is its real value.
