My Cirrus is a SR G3 Model which is the first generation of SR 20's to have the same 38.3 ft wingspan as the SR22.

I have owned Cirrus since new.Always hangered and Nil Accident. Probably the most upgraded SR20 in Australia with $153,000 of upgrades. No expense has been spared in keeping my "pride and joy" in excellent condition at all times.
My aircraft has always been very reliable which gave me the confidence to fly it to NZ via Lord Howe and Norfolk Island. For the return flight I flew to Norfolk Island, New Caledonia,Port Vila,Santo,Honiara, Gizo,Alotau,Port Moresby,Cairns,Townsville and Archerfield. The Cirrus flew beautifully every day and flight was done using our standard 56 gal Fuel Tanks. A few years ago I flew Southport to Lord Howe Island and back as I have complete faith in this aircraft Many Pilots are surprised at the capability of a SR 20 as it is in the shadow of its 300HP brother the SR22. MTOW 1,386 kg - BEW of 956 kg giving payload of 430 kg. Full fuel is 56 gal weighing 150 kg so 3 people at 85 kg each for 255kg leaves 25 kg for light luggage at TAS of 140Kts it using 8.5 gal or 32 L / Hr |
