Suit adventurer tired of flying equipment more suited to farms than fun. "Aerofloat" CFI's personal aircraft, cossetted by bim and has not been used for training.. The "Creature from the Black lagoon" is reluctantly offered for sale to prepare way for Icon A5. TT 417 engine and airframe. Factory approved DUC prop. (approx 100 hours). Garmin com., TX. Well maintained. Apart from struts and wheel fittings, virtually no metal so very corrosion resistant compared to most amphibians. Simple systems, for example Johnson Bar undercarriage retraction mechanism so no electric/hydraulic maintenance headaches. Although factory built, cannot be RA registered, under CAO 95.55. Hence low price. By way of comparison, an admittedly more sophisticted LSA Super Petrel with approx. 650 hours will soon be offered for sale by 'Aerofloat" at $130,000. Enquiries welcome.
