Tiger Moth Project VT-DHW was built by Morris Motors at Cowley in June 1941. She would have been air-tested there and delivered to an RAF MU to be dismantled, packed, and shipped by sea to South Africa. After its time with the South African Airforce, she went to the Indian Airforce. Later she ended up at a flying school in India and did her final flight on 30^th Oct 1964. She lay in the back of a hangar at Indore, India for several years and was discovered by the late John Markham in 1989. After several years of negotiation John bought VT-DWH and brought her home to Perth, WA. Unfortunately, she never got restored, but she is now eagerly awaiting you to buy her and bring her back to former glory. The package includes some spares including some brand new (NOS) parts. There are no wings or elevator, but it does include two ailerons, and one leading edge slat. There is no engine. It will all fit into a 20' sea container, if needed. Or, it will fit onto a car trailer.
