Airtourer Super 150 built in 1963 and operated by Swan Hill And Broken Hill Aero Clubs and put into storage in 1984 at 3,805 hours. Fully restored by Andrew Ronald at Hazair including the Super 150 upgrade with a zero since overhaul 150 HP Lycoming O-320-E1A 1BF and a new constant speed Hartzell propeller. Fully stripped and repainted using 2 pack Urethane topcoat, interior retrimmed, and fittings also removed and repainted. Work included a New fuel bladder, new flap pivot pins and flaperon gears, cables and bungees, seat support rubber, main gear ten ply tyres, a gel battery, and Cleveland brakes, new canopy perspex, new multi layer heat / sound insulation installed. The comprehensive project was completed in 2015. |
