Some history: This engine if from a pristine yellow 2009 Aeroprakt A22LS. The aircraft itself is in almost as-new condition and the engine has been cared for to the same standard. We are the third owners of this aircraft, which has never been in a flight school. Private careful ownership only with meticulous history and no mishaps. This engine is in a serial number range that limits it to 1500 hours unless 'on condition'. We replaced this engine only because we wanted to keep the plane eligable for sale to as many buyers as possible and we will probably be looking to sell it in th next 12 months when we find another syndicate member (at Mittagong). The aircraft was fitted with an oil thermostat to help it reach and maintain optimal operating temperatures.
